General Information about the Tournaments
Are we required to pay the deposit when we register?
No, the payment of the deposit shall be required later. The whole due sum can be settled upon arrival.
Can I register my team beyond the terms indicated in the registration form?
Yes. To do that you are required to contact our representative by phone.
What are the age limits for participation?
For youth categories please refer to the section on age segments within the Rules and Regulations. As for senior and amateur categories, there are no age limits.
Supposing that my team looses all matches, how many matches will it play?
In any tournament of any sport, each team will play at least three games.
What happens if my team arrives late to a game?
If delay exceeds half an hour, the game is considered lost de facto.
Can a player participate in two different teams?
Yes, if they both belong to the same entity and play in two different categories.
Logistics
My team arrives at the hotel after the evening closure of the check-in desk
It is sufficient to notify the hotel prior to your arrival within a reasonable time.
My team arrives by train or by plane
It would be equally possible to arrive to the location by car, by train or by plane. In the last two cases you can easily rent a bus upon agreement with our representative (Please refer to the Contacts section).
My team does not dispose of a car during the days of the tournament.
It is possible to rent a bus or a car.
Are the persons accompanying the team entitled to the same services offered to the registered participants?
Yes. Persons accompanying any given team can benefit from the stay opportunity, enter freely game fields and participate in the night entertainment activities.
Are locker rooms, showers and other related services available?
In the areas located at the back of the football fields, players can dispose of bathrooms, locker rooms and hot water showers as well as a snack bar.
Accommodations
What do hotel rooms consist of?
Hotel rooms are chosen according to the requirements of the group.
Is it possible to know beforehand the location of my hotel?
Yes. Following the registration process, you can refer directly to our representative for that matter (please refer to the Contacts section).
Is the hotel equipped with its own parking lot?
Yes. Parking lots are available for a charge in some hotels.
Do apartments have double beds?
Generally speaking apartments offer beds with single mattresses and one divan bed. If requested, it is possible to provide you with double beds.
Are hotel rooms equipped with private bathrooms?
Yes, all the rooms of the hotels are equipped with their own private bathrooms.
When checking in, is it possible to ask for the accommodation of additional persons?
Yes. However, it is necessary to contact our representative beforehand about the matter (please refer to the Contacts section).
When checking in, can I request the extension of my stay for an additional night?
Yes. However, it is necessary to contact our representative beforehand (please refer to the Contacts section).
We are a group of friends and we would like to stay in the same hotel
This request should be mentioned in the registration form. The Organizers shall do their best for that purpose. Anyway, we always try to lodge the whole group within the same hotel if possible.
