TOURNAMENT’s Calendar

PAYMENT METHODS

• Upon registration: a security deposit of €2,500.
• 60 days before the tournament start date: a security deposit of 20%.
• 30 days before the tournament start date: balance payment.

THE FEE INCLUDES:

Stays on the Costa Brava and Costa Maresme with full board (beverages excluded) in hotels with swimming pools. Accommodation in double, triple, or quadruple rooms, based on the organization’s needs. Air-conditioned rooms with bathroom/shower, toilet, and balcony. At the end of the tournament, a trophy will be awarded to all participating teams, along with a special prize for the top finishers.

THE PARTICIPATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Daily supplement for water and wine during meals: €4.00 per person. For groups with fewer than 25 people per team, an additional fee of €10.00 per person. Transport costs, for which the organization assumes no responsibility. The provision of water and/or other beverages during matches. The availability of training balls before, during, and after matches. Anything not expressly specified.

*Excursions (organized by local agencies) must be paid separately as they are not included in the price and should be booked at least 7 days before the tournament starts.
