The main tournaments take place in Catalonia, between the Costa Brava and the Costa del Maresme, in well-known destinations such as Lloret de Mar, Calella, Blanes, Malgrat de Mar, Pineda de Mar and Santa Susanna. These locations are easy to reach and offer modern sports facilities and high-quality hotel accommodation.

No. In addition to international tournaments, Sporturismo also organises training camps, pre-season camps, sports retreats and customised stays for clubs wishing to prepare for the season or enjoy a sporting experience abroad.

Teams stay in carefully selected hotels with swimming pools on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotels are conveniently located close to the playing fields and main services and provide comfort, catering and facilities suitable for athletes, coaches and accompanying guests.

Yes. The hotels we work with can prepare a packed lunch or picnic upon request. This service is ideal on excursion days or when players are unable to return to the hotel in time for meals because of match schedules.

Hotels can also prepare meals suitable for specific dietary requirements, including food intolerances, allergies or halal diets. Requests must be made sufficiently in advance so that the hotel can organise the service properly.

After collecting all luggage and once the group is ready to leave, exit the arrivals area. The driver will be waiting outside with a sign displaying the team’s name.

Before the tournament begins, group leaders are asked to read the tournament rules and regulations carefully in order to avoid misunderstandings or disputes during the event.

Before the tournament, you must:

• open the official match report PDF
• enter the team and player details
• save the document
• print at least 5 copies

The completed and printed reports must be brought to every match.

Before each match, the completed report must be handed to the volunteers at the field. The volunteers will combine your team’s report with the opposing team’s report and complete the match summary document.

At the end, you may:

• take a photo of the report with your smartphone
• request a copy from the tournament office

To speed up the process, teams are advised to arrive with the report already completed. If it was not prepared in advance, the organisers will provide a paper copy to be completed at the hotel or at the field.

The club representative must communicate the expected arrival time at least 10 days in advance.

At the time of booking, you may choose:

• Arrival for lunch: on the departure day, only breakfast will be included.
• Arrival for dinner: on the departure day, breakfast and lunch will be included.

To speed up check-in, prepare the rooming list with the names of the occupants and organise the participants’ identity documents by room. All documents must be handed to reception upon arrival.

Rooms are allocated from 2:00 pm. Guests arriving in the morning may use the hotel’s common areas and, if included in their package, have lunch at the hotel restaurant.

Yes. The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel during check-in. The amount varies depending on the city and the category of the hotel. It is a local tax and is independent of both the tournament organisation and the hotel.

If the tax is not paid, the hotel will be unable to hand over the room keys or allow access to the accommodation.

Some hotels may require a security deposit of approximately €10-15 per person at check-in. If applicable, the amount will be returned at the end of the stay according to the hotel’s procedures, provided that no damage has occurred.

No. The organisation does not provide water or footballs for warm-up. Each team must bring both independently.

The tournament schedule is available through the KOMM MIT app, which can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and Google Play.

The app includes match times, your team’s programme and any updates. We recommend checking it regularly for possible overlaps with lunch or dinner and requesting a packed lunch when necessary.

Teams must arrive at the playing field at least 30 minutes before kick-off.

After arriving, you must:

• go to the organisation desk
• hand in the completed team sheet
• present the players’ identity documents or registration cards

At the end of the match, the documents will be returned together with a copy of the team sheet showing the result and any notes made by the referee. This procedure must be repeated before every match.
